The Halifax Salsa & Bachata Festival kicks off with Salsa by the Wave a vibrant celebration by the waterfront where music, dance, and community flow together in perfect rhythm. Set beside the iconic Wave sculpture, playground and surrounded by the lively Salt Yard food court, this free, family-friendly event invites everyone to move to the music and soak in the Afro-Latin vibe.
Enjoy beginner-friendly Salsa and Bachata lessons, vendors, performances, and a waterfront social with music by DJ Bill who will be spinning salsa, bachata, kizomba, and more all night long.
