🔥 ABOUT THE EVENT

Art in Motion is an electrifying outdoor gallery experience merging Afro-Latin culture, rhythm, movement, and visual art into one unforgettable night. Held during Arte y Ritmo, the headline event of the Halifax Salsa & Bachata Festival, the evening features international salsa icon Ricky Campanelli performing live with his 11-piece orchestra — as dance, food, and art collide under the stars.

Building on the success of Arte & Movement 2023, this year’s edition is more public, more accessible, and more inclusive of underrepresented artistic voices.
