SALSA JACK & JILL COMPETITION

Service Description

Our Salsa Jack & Jill competition allows individuals to enter without a partner and demonstrate their skills in spontaneous social dancing with a variety of random partners. OUTLINE OF COMPETITION Leaders and followers are randomly paired and there will be two partner changes during the preliminary rounds. Competitors are ranked individually in the preliminary heats and semi-finals and couples are ranked in the finals. Only highest ranked will be called back to dance in a finals Spotlight dance. Dancers will be Judged on :Timing, Artistry, Technique, Connection, Showmanship! All Salsa songs used are listed for you on our Spotify channel on August 5th! Registration is $35 and free for Full festival pass holders!
